Supervised and monitored visits between parents and children that promote parent-child attachment and safety. Workers will assist parents by engaging, coaching, role modeling, reflection, and feedback. Service is provided in the family home or home like setting. 

Face to Face assistance by coaching, teaching, and role modeling in the family home or community-based setting. The purpose of family support is to prevent or remedy the reason for child welfare involvement, improve coping and daily living skills, improve access to community resources, increase support system, and other necessary training, support, or education identified in the referral. 

Analysis of a specimen, for example, urine, hair, breath, sweat, and oral fluid/saliva — to determine the presence or absence of specified parent drugs or their metabolites.

Evidence-Based Family Preservation Model, skilled staff with a limited caseload of 5 families or less, six months of intense family service in the family home.

FCT's home-based treatment reduces the need for out-of-home placements. It has been refined based on research, experience, and evidence of effectiveness. 

We have an on-staff parenting class facilitator for the Circle of Security Parenting and Common Sense Parenting.  These classes can be offered in a group or one-on-one with a client.  

Circle of Security Parenting is for parents with younger children and is the foundation of a secure parent-child relationship. 

Common Sense Parenting is for parents with school-age children.

Service provided to young adults (16-18) to provide the necessary services and support to assist youth with a successful transition to independent living. This service of direct life skill instruction is provided through mentoring, coaching, and education. Staff will help young people with education, employment, housing, household management, supports, and community resources.
