Snowy Peak Community Services is seeking qualified Family Center Treatment Practitioners to join our team. We are a community-based organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. Our services aim to promote child safety, permanency, and family prosperity/well-being through fortifying family functioning. Our team is dedicated to enhancing the lives of those it serves by meeting the comprehensive needs of individuals, families, and their communities. As an FCT Practitioner,  Snowy Peak Community Services is seeking individuals to join our team as a Family Centered Treatment® Practitioner, providing intensive prevention services to families in their home. FCT keeps families together by helping them develop the solutions and skills they need to reduce risks in everyday situations. You could be instrumental in helping families heal, develop new skills, and maintain wholeness. New hires will complete a self-guided online training course and make consistent progress towards achieving FCT Certification from the FCT Foundation through videotaped demonstration of competencies. Acquire new skills and certifications to launch you on a fulfilling career while supporting healthy families.

Minimum Education, Licensure/Certifications, and Job Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, along with one year of human service work experience.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred in social or family services, e.g., social work, psychology, or sociology, but other majors may be considered.

Must complete the practitioner training and certification within 12 months of the hire date.

Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
