Snowy Peak Community Services is seeking a qualified Community Support Worker to join our team. We are a community-based organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. The goal of our services is to promote child safety, permanency and family prosperity/well-being through fortifying family functioning. Our team is dedicated to enhancing the lives of those it serves by meeting the comprehensive needs of individuals, families and their community. As a Community Support Worker, you will work to protect and assist the community’s most vulnerable populations from abuse and neglect and help build strong functional families. A Community Support Worker provides teaching, coaching and role modeling to help preserve the family unit by reaching permanency, keeping children and caregivers together. These services are provided in the family's home or a community-based setting.

Part-time or Full-time positions available. We fit the families to you. Work hours are flexible and may involve some nights and weekends, but is a case by case basis.
Education must consist of a bachelor’s degree in a human relations field; or is enrolled in college and is within two (2) semesters of completing a bachelor’s degree in a human services or a related field. Other applicants with an associate degree or some college plus two (2) years of experience or lived experience to be the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree may be considered. High School diploma and experience or experience lived in human relations will be considered as well.
