Snowy Peak Community Services is seeking a qualified Family Support Worker to join our team. We are a community-based organization focused on helping make the world around us a better, happier place. The goal of our services is to promote child safety, permanency, and family prosperity/well-being through fortifying family functioning. Our team is dedicated to enhancing the lives of those it serves by meeting the comprehensive needs of individuals, families, and their communities. As a Family Support Worker, you will work to protect and assist the community’s most vulnerable populations from abuse and neglect and help build strong functional families. A Family Support Worker provides teaching, coaching and role modeling to help preserve the family unit by reaching permanency, keeping children and caregivers together. These services are provided in the family's home or a community-based setting.
