Snowy Peak Community Services is looking for compassionate Family Centered Treatment® Practitioners who want to make a real difference. Our community‑based team works alongside families in their homes, helping them build safety, stability, and confidence. We believe in strengthening families from within by teaching practical skills, reducing daily risks, and supporting long‑term well‑being.

In this role, you’ll walk with families through healing, growth, and change. You’ll receive structured online training and guided support as you work toward FCT Certification through the FCT Foundation. This is a meaningful career path where you can grow professionally while helping families stay together.

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of human services experience
• Related degrees (social work, psychology, sociology) preferred
• Completion of FCT training and certification within 12 months
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
