Snowy Peak Community Services -
Snowy Peak Community Services is proud to serve families throughout the western and central portion of Nebraska. Through collaborative partnerships with local agencies and professionals, we educate and assist individuals and families so they can live successfully. Our services are tailored to the individual with evidence based practices utilized to insure their success. We pride ourselves in only offering high quality health and human services.
We specialize in the provision of services to adults, children and families that are facing challenges within their lives. Circumstances range from being unable to completely care for themselves in their home setting, parents who are going through divorce and/or custody battles and children and families who have been identified “at-risk” for abuse and neglect by the Department of Human Services.
Our trained Family Support Workers are available to assist and provide services in the client’s home, school or community-based settings.
At Snowy Peak Community Services, we treat our clients with great dignity and compassion regardless of what they may be facing. Our mission is to help others help themselves. By doing this they become self-sufficient, confident and productive in their local communities.
At Snowy Peak Community Services, we are dedicated to helping families in all areas of the state, including the secluded and rural areas.
We have staff that are located from central Nebraska to the panhandle and various Visitation Centers throughout as well.
